VILLA DEI OLIVI - CAROVIGNO AREA

Villa Dei Olivi is located between the beaches of the Adriatic sea and the town of Carovigno. The nearest beach can be found only 4km away, as well as the nearest restaurants. Immersed in a beautiful olive grove the property offers a private swimming pool and a large terrace furnished with comfortable seating areas, perfect for al-fresco meals. Within a short driving distance you can visit and discover this beautiful area, with towns such as Ostuni, Carovigno and the beautiful nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.

The space

The villa develops over one level with just a few steps to access it, making it more suitable for those with walking difficulties. Inside, we find a modern living area with sofa, armchair, TV and open plan kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace via large sliding doors.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, one bedroom with French bed (140cm wide, better suited for one adult or two children), and one bedroom with French sofa bed (better suited for one adult or two children). There are two additional separate bathrooms with shower.

Outside we have the covered terrace furnished with table, chair and comfortable seating, overlooking the private swimming pool (15x4m; 1.4m deep; open from May 1 to October 31). The pool has 4 steps to enter which are not noticeable in the photo. There are 6 pool loungers.
