Villa Catalina - Large, modern villa with private pool

The space

On the ground floor, the villa offers a large open space dining area with sofa, open plan kitchen and large windows. There is a covered and enclosed patio area acting as a living room , with wicker sofas and armchairs. There is a large and spacious room with gym equipment.

The sleeping area consists of: one master bedroom located on the first floor with external access only, hot tub Jacuzzi in room, little fireplace and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a little private terrace. The other five bedrooms are located on the ground floor; they are 4 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. All the bedrooms have air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms with shower, and LCD TV.

Outside, we have a large and private swimming pool (12x6m; 1.25m deep; open from May 1st to October 31st) with sun lounges and umbrellas. Not too far from the swimming pool, we find a covered area with Jacuzzi tub (4x2.2m) and comfortable seating. There is a table with chairs under a beautiful shaded area and large play area in the garden.
