On the ground floor we find a beautiful veranda with floor to ceiling windows used as a dining area, a large living room with sofas and TV, from where we can access the separate kitchen. The sleeping area on this level consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor (accessed via external stairs), we have another large and bright living area with large French doors to its own terrace, and with dining corner, sofa and TV. Outside, the villa offers an expansive fenced olive grove garden (1500 sq.m) with a private swimming pool (4x10m; open from May 1 to September 30) equipped with sun lounges and solarium area. The property also offers a barbecue with dining outdoor area, and under the shaded veranda on the ground floor we also find a foosball table. The property puts at the guests’ disposal two bicycles.
