VILLA CAVALLINO - OTRANTO AREA

Villa Cavallino, located between Lecce and Otranto, is a quiet countryside house with private swimming pool, beautiful large terrace and modern furnishings. Within only ten minutes drive, you can reach the beautiful coast with white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. Three minutes away by car (or fifteen minutes walk) will take you into town where you can find shops, restaurants, bars, etc.

The space

The little villa develops over one level only. Inside, we find the living room with single sofa bed, kitchen corner, dining table and TV.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with pull out bed.

There is one bathroom with shower.

Outside, in the fenced in garden (2600 sq.m) we have a large terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, seating area in the lawn and a private swimming pool (9x5.5m; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges.

Facilities: air conditioning in the living room, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, barbecue, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi Internet, parking.
