VILLA TARA - CASARANO AREA

Villa Tara is located near the town of Casarano, within just a short drive from restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The sandy beach is 18km away, in Torre San Giovanni. The property is completely fenced off and it shares the entrance and large park (5000 sq.m) with another property but is completely independent and offers privacy at the same time. In the heart of Salento and half way between the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, Villa Tara is the ideal place to discover the South of Italy, beautiful Puglia.

The space

The villa develops over one level and it consists of a living area with double sofa bed, TV and dining area. There is an adjacent kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher.

A hallway leads us to the sleeping area where we find three double bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and three bathrooms with shower.

Outside, we have a large covered terrace with wooden table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining, and a private swimming pool (8x4m; 1.6 – 1.7m deep; open from May 1 – October 30) with sun lounges, a beautiful four posted outdoor bed and an outdoor shower.

Facilities: washing machine, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, dishwasher, electric oven, TV, barbecue, remote controlled access gates, iron, mosquito nets, hairdryer, fridge, freezer, parking for 3 cars, pets not allowed.
