The space

The villa (130 sq. m) develops mainly on a mezzanine level, a few steps up from the ground level.

Inside, we find a living area with sofa, TV and dining table with chairs. The living room opens onto the outside space via French doors. There is a separate kitchen room (equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer) that also has direct access to the outside area, with a smaller separate kitchen room that can be accessed from the outside only.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom. There are two more separate bathrooms with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a large panoramic roof terrace, with beautiful sea views and equipped with sun lounges, armchairs and coffee tables for a perfect al-fresco meal and relax area. There is a large fenced off garden that extends over 2500 sq. meters, with private swimming pool (depth from 1.3 – 2.3m)with a shallow end.

Facilities: air conditioning (in the master bedroom and one other double bedroom), washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, dehumidifier, iron and ironing board, fridge, freezer, microwave, satellite TV, bed linen and bathroom towels, oven, stove, private parking, table tennis. A car is recommended.
