TRULLO SCALONE - OSTUNI AREA

This lovely property is located near Ostuni, which is one of the most characteristics towns of Puglia. The old town, perched on a promontory of the Murge surrounded by ancient walls, is a cluster of small alleys and stairs, charming squares and panoramic views over the stretch of ancient olive trees that reach down the Adriatic Sea. You should see the late Gothic style Cathedral located in the Piazzetta Cattedrale, in the heart of the old town, the Archaeological museum, and walk around its small narrow streets flanked by white washed houses with enchanting arches and stairs.

The space

Trullo Scalone develops over one level and it is a series of trulli one next to the other.

When entering through the dining room with a kitchenette, you will find and a bathroom with shower and two sleeping areas, each of those offering an independent access and exit to the outside area.

To the right a little hallway leads to the first two double bedrooms, each one with TV, safe and bathroom with en-suite shower; one of the two bathrooms is also equipped with a double shower and sinks.

On the left, through a small hallway there is an alcove , you can reach the third bedroom equipped with queen size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower. The alcove can be used as a relaxation area or where can be arranged 2 additional beds for children.

The outside area is composed of a large swimming pool (17mx7m with depth of 1.2m to 2.3m) equipped with sun loungers, a well-kept garden all around, and a comfortable furnished patio for outdoor dining.
