There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom / shower. Each room is air-conditioned, there is a sound system and Wi-Fi. The house is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4 people.

It is located just 3 km from the sandy beaches of Ostuni (Rosa Marina, White Beach Club of Monticelli and Camerini's Bay) and 4 km from Villanova, where there are supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The most famous resort, Ostuni, with its fabulous ancient village, is 9 kilometres away. The position allows a fast drive northward towards Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello or south to Torre Guaceto, Brindisi, Lecce.
