The space

The ground floor offers a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture. The villa opens into a dining room for 13 people and the well-equipped kitchen.

The corridor takes us to the living room with fireplace, musical instruments and comfortable sofas. Moreover, in this area of the villa there is a beautiful double bedroom with view on the swimming pool and the garden. The corridor on the right side divides the dining room from the sleeping area, which consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which with en-suite bathroom, and another separate bathroom with hydro massage tub.

On the upper floor there is a splendid terrace overlooking the sea, accessible via an independent external staircase. Here there is an annex with 1 French bedroom (bed of 120cm width) and a bathroom with shower. Next to the room there is a light roof with sliding glass doors and an internal living room with kitchenette, washing machine and air conditioning.

Finally, at the basement level, which is almost as large as the entire ground floor, there is a large games room with Italian-style billiards (without holes) and a further room with an equipped gym.

- The water system is fed via a tank with non-potable water
- 3 extra beds can be added on request for the 11th, 12th and 13th guests

Outside, the property offers extensive grounds, extending over 3500 square meters of garden with a private swimming pool in the centre (open from June 1 to September 30) and a full-size tennis court. Both of these spaces dedicated to wellness and sport are served by a small and functional changing room with bathroom, located outside.

At the back of the structure, there is a mini pine forest with lawn and a comfortable stone oven with barbecue.
