VILLA TRINY - OSTUNI AREA

This villa (100 sq. m) is the ideal location for those who want not only to relax enjoying the typical landscapes of Apulia with its red grounds and olive trees but also to do some excursions, by bike or by train, or to practice some water sports such as sailing or diving, in the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.

The space

The main entrance leads to an open space with living room with sliding doors and with American kitchen (with fridge/freezer, electric oven).

The interiors are characterized by a contemporary design.

A hallway leads to the bedrooms: two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with panoramic views and a floor to ceiling window; one bathroom with shower. Additional bed on request.

Outside, we have a beautiful private swimming pool (90 sq.m; 14x4.5m; 1.5 - 1.6 m deep) with sun beds.

Facilities: BBQ, satellite TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and iron board, dishwasher, alarm system, external shower.
