VILLA SABINA - UGENTO AREA

Only 8km from the closest sandy beaches and surrounded by olive groves and Mediterranean landscape, this villa (200 sq. m) has an architecture based on traditional Salento style, although using techniques of the last generation, such as the swimming pool (14.5m x 5.5m - depth 1.20m to 1.70m) with salt system, a water softening system and solar panels.

The space

The main villa consist of: open plan room with dining, living area with TV and kitchen (with electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle) and bathroom with toilet only and washing machine. One double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with French bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower (one of two bedrooms has a shower inside the room).

Annex: an external staircase leads to the annex: small kitchenette, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and patio where dining "al fresco".

Outside: private swimming pool (open from May 1st to October 31st) with sun beds and chairs area, patio perfect for outdoor dining with table and chairs, open-air kitchen with stove, sink and barbecue, gazebo with sitting area and table where relaxing.

Facilities: BBQ, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, remote controlled gates, covered and not covered parking inside the property, swimming pool with salt system, water softening system, outdoor shower hot / cold, eco-friendly thanks to the solar panels, alarm system.
