The space

The property is part of a residential complex but benefits from an independent entrance. Guests also have use of a private storage space below the property, equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs for days by the sea.

The independent kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and espresso coffee machine, offering a practical space for preparing meals to enjoy indoors or outside.
