The house develops over two floors.
On the ground floor, a hallway with wardrobe and marble bathroom leads to a series of elegant reception rooms, featuring painted ceilings and original 17th-century furnishings. A second lounge includes a large artisanal rebuilt fireplace, while the dining room is decorated with tapestries and a period table. This level is completed by a well-equipped kitchen, cellar, pantry, and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
A wrought iron staircase leads to the upper floor. This level includes a spacious living room, the master bedroom with double bed and private terrace, a study, a bathroom with shower and a fitness area with treadmill and weight bench. There are two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a single bedroom a 9th guest.
OUTDOOR
The property features a 200 m² terrace arranged as a hanging garden, offering generous outdoor living space. From here, a staircase leads to a smaller terrace with a private pool (7x3m; 0.65 – 1.25m deep) for exclusive use. A well-equipped garden, accessible from the inner courtyard, surrounds the residence. Parking is available approximately 100 metres away due to the historic centre location.
Facilities: air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms, Wi-Fi Internet, hairdryer, heating, washing machine, dryer, iron, satellite TV, baby cot, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, oven, stove, kettle, toaster, fan. Small pets allowed only (max. 2).
Please note:
- The house is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), so a passage is required for access. Passes are reserved for residents. The area is full of paid and free parking spaces, just 100 meters from the building.
