The space

The villa is also well positioned for exploring Lake Garda, with Salò around 10 km away, Desenzano del Garda approximately 25 km, and Sirmione about 30 km from the property. For family-friendly excursions, Gardaland is located roughly 40 km away.


Interior
The villa develops over one level and offers bright and spacious interiors, thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The living area includes a large lounge with a sofa bed, while the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals during your stay.

The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, all fitted with air conditioning.

There are two indoor bathrooms, one of which is en suite and directly connected to one of the bedrooms, as well as an additional external bathroom conveniently located near the pool area.

Outdoor Areas
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and socialising. The private swimming pool (12mt x 5mt; from 1.2 – 1.4m deep; open from April to October) is surrounded by a large garden and equipped with sun loungers and an external bathroom with shower. A spacious covered porch features an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals throughout the day.
Guests can also make use of the barbecue, a ping-pong table, and generous green areas suitable for leisure and outdoor activities.
