The villa is composed of three separate apartments, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Giove Apartment (Sleeps 2 – 55 sqm)

Venere Apartment (Sleeps 4 – 40 sqm)
• Open-plan sleeping area with two double beds (separated by wardrobe)

• Small refrigerator
• 1 bathroom with shower (door height: 1.80 m)

Giunone Apartment (Sleeps 2 – 65 sqm)
• Bright kitchen (2-burner cooktop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge with freezer) with large glass doors overlooking the garden, small lounge/reading area and dining area

• 1 bathroom with shower and bidet
• Access to garden and barbecue area
• Wi-Fi, iron & ironing board

The estate is immersed in a wider 80-hectare natural setting, offering a truly unique countryside experience, with a private swimming pool (8x3.5m; 1.3m deep; open from April 1 to October 31) with sun lounges and parasols, outdoor shower and garden with barbecue area. The pool is exclusively for guests’ use, ensuring privacy and relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE:
- One of the highlights of the estate is its private equestrian area, where a small number of horses (and occasionally foals) are kept. Children can observe and interact with the horses under supervision. Possibility of short, supervised rides and occasional dressage demonstrations
- The owner lives on-site in a separate house and respects guests’ privacy
- Three friendly cats roam freely on the grounds
- There is no washing machine in the apartments, however, a laundry service is available on-site for a small fee. An ironing service can also be provided upon request.
- The BBQ is a communal grill for the use of all guests
- Adjacent to the property there is a railway line where a regional train will be heard a few times a day for approximately 18 seconds each time.

Facilities: air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi Internet, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, hairdryer, iron, barbecue, baby cot, high chair, private parking. Pets not allowed. 2 electric bikes which the available for hire, which guests can use inside the natural reserve only.
