The living area includes a comfortable lounge with upholstered seating, TV, and pellet stove, with direct views over the pool and surrounding landscape. The separate, eat-in kitchen is equipped with a five-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, and fridge-freezer, with a dining table and countryside views. A separate laundry room with washing machine has direct access to the terrace.
