The space

The property is arranged across three independent units, making it ideal for large families or groups travelling together while maintaining privacy.


MAIN UNIT – Sleeps 6+2
The main unit forms the heart of the masseria. It opens into a spacious living area with a large fireplace and seating. A suite features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a mezzanine level with a king-size sofa bed. From the living room, corridors lead to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooking the pool, a well-equipped kitchen, an additional bathroom and a central dining room. A second sitting room with a king-size sofa bed opens onto the inner courtyard with a rocky garden.
The kitchen is divided into two rooms: one with a kitchenette and original pietra leccese fireplace, and a second space with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and ample storage.


SECOND UNIT – Sleeps 4
The second unit, located on the lower ground floor, sleeps up to 4 guests. Characterised by barrel-vaulted ceilings, it features an open-plan space with kitchen, two king-size sofa beds and a bathroom. A staircase leads to the historic rock-carved cistern, now converted into a wine cellar.

THIRD UNIT – Sleeps 2
The third unit, accessed via a wooden porch, accommodates 2 guests and includes a double bedroom, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, set within what was once a traditional wood-fired oven.

OUTDOOR
The outdoor spaces are a standout feature of Villa Onda Verde. The garden includes a 50-sqm solarium with cooling nebulisation system, bar area, outdoor lounge with sofas and dining table, as well as a bathroom and solar outdoor shower by the pool. The private infinity swimming pool (20mx6m; 2.10m deep; open from 01 May to 31 Oct) features a hydromassage seating area, cervical massage from an amphora and a cascading overflow into a smaller lower pool. The pool uses a salt-based purification system for a more natural swimming experience.

Surrounding the property are fig trees, a vegetable garden, vineyard, prickly pears, bay trees, oleanders, rosemary and Mediterranean scrub. A majestic centuries-old walnut tree shades four large wooden tables seating up to 40 guests, illuminated in the evening by soft lighting and lanterns. Nearby, a pergola and the ancient rainwater cistern complete the atmospheric outdoor setting.

Facilities: air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi Internet, iron, hairdryer, TV, washing machine, dryer, mosquito nets, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, deep freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, barbecue, alarm system with video surveillance, security safe. Mid-week cleaning included.
