The space

The villa develops over three levels and approximately 500 square metres, with an internal elevator which connects all floors of the villa, including the rooftop terrace.

GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor hosts a bright open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open directly onto the terrace and garden. A refined dining area comfortably seats up to 18 guests, while the stylish lounge features a 52” satellite Smart TV and a designer electric fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year. The kitchen features high-end appliances, a double-door refrigerator, a wine cooler stocked with a curated selection of Italian wines, and dual sinks dedicated to food preparation and dishwashing. A guest bathroom completes this level.

FIRST FLOOR
Here, we find three bedrooms:
• Suite with queen/twin beds (80 cm width each), sitting area with a double sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, and sea-view balcony;
• Queen bedroom (160 cm) with en-suite bathroom with large shower and sea-view balcony;
• Queen bedroom (160 cm) with en-suite bathroom with large shower and sea-view balcony.

SECOND FLOOR
Here, we have three more bedrooms:
• Suite with queen/twin beds (80 cm), sitting area with a double sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, and sea-view balcony;
• Queen bedroom (160 cm) with en-suite bathroom with large shower and sea-view balcony;

The outdoor spaces are the true highlight of the villa. To the side of the house, the pool area features a refined sunbathing area, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a stunning private heated swimming pool with hydromassage jets (large pool: 8.2m x 3.20m; whirlpool pool: 4.6 m x 8.2 m x 0.94 cm; open from April until the end of October).

Facilities: Fully air-conditioned villa with central heating, Internet Wi-Fi, TV with satellite and streaming, electric fireplace, lift/elevator, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, gym area and equipment, private parking for 3 cars, EV charging station, security system (with cameras, facing the parking area and the main entrance only), fridge, freezer, coffee machine, juicer, oven, toaster, kettle, tumble dryer, hairdryer, safe, baby cot, highchair. Small pets allowed (max. 5kg).

Included:
- Daily Continental Breakfast (08:30 am – 10:30 am), except on Sunday. Breakfast includes milk, fruit juices, water, cereals and muesli, yogurt, butter, scrambled eggs or omelettes, croissants and freshly baked goods, bread, toasted slices and sandwich bread, jam, hazelnut spread and honey, peanut butter, tomatoes, and cured meats.
- Daily cleaning from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, except on Sunday
- Change of linen and towels each 4 days
