INDOORS
Designed for comfort, space, and functionality, the villa extends across two generous floors and offers 300 sqm of interiors ideal for large families or groups.

First Floor (Main Level):
A bright open-plan living area welcomes guests with large panoramic windows, while a well-equipped kitchen is designed for group meals, complete with spacious countertops, modern appliances, and a large dining table seating up to 15 guests. This floor also includes a laundry room with a service bathroom.
Three comfortable double bedrooms are located on this level, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Second Floor:
The upper level hosts the remaining four double bedrooms, all featuring an en-suite bathroom and natural light from large windows. One of the rooms includes an adjoining single bedroom, communicating with one of the double bedrooms.

OUTDOORS
Set within 5,000 sqm of private land, the outdoor areas invite guests to fully embrace the Sicilian lifestyle. A wide veranda, beautifully furnished and shaded, is perfect for breakfast with a view or evening relaxation overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills.

At the heart of the garden lies a 12m x 4m private swimming pool (1.4m deep) equipped with sun loungers, and outdoor shower. There is an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, and ample seating spaces make outdoor dining a highlight of the stay.
