The space

Located on the ground floor of a traditional Bolognese building, the apartment welcomes guests with a smartly designed entrance under the iconic porticoes. Inside, you’ll find a warm and contemporary interior with a spacious open-plan living area, complete with a comfortable sofa, dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and espresso machine.

The apartment has two inviting bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, single sofa bed, desk, and mirror; the other with a queen-size bed (convertible into two singles) and a wardrobe. A modern bathroom with a shower adds to the comfort.

The real highlight, though, is the private garden—a serene outdoor haven accessible from every room. With cosy seating, dining tables, plants, string lights, a barbecue, and a fountain, it’s the perfect spot for relaxing.

Please note, the apartment is in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), active Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM—daily passes can be purchased at any local tobacco shop.

Guests will enjoy a range of modern amenities including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TVs in the bedrooms, a washing machine, iron, and central heating. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials—moka pot, cookware, cutlery, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. A cot and high chair are available upon request
