
The house is composed of two adjoining apartments and it has two entrances: one accessible by an external stair (most used) and the other is on the left side. The house takes place only on the first floor and the interiors have exposed beams. On the ground floor there are premises not accessible to clients.
It has a large fenced outdoor space, equipped with barbecue, sun loungers and covered terrace with table and chairs perfect for "al fresco" dining.
The location is quiet and it is the ideal place for those who wants privacy. Pets are welcome!!!

The private swimming pool (10mx5m - depth 1.20m to 1.50m), enjoys fine views of the surrounding countryside.
