Located close to Otranto and Gallipoli, this lovely property has been refurbished to provide guests with a modern look in a splendid area.
Otranto is certainly one of Puglia's most charming towns and is well worth a visit. The imposing castle, thick perimeter walls, and robust towers dominate much of the town giving way to a small port, a series of sea-front promenades with excellent fish restaurants, and the town's very own beautiful white sandy beach and turquoise waters.

The space

The is formed by a main house and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE
The ground floor offers a bright living room with a fireplace, a very large and cosy kitchen and five double bedrooms, and three bathrooms with shower.

ANNEX
Next to the main body of the villa there is an additional building with private entrance, equipped with a spacious room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower facilities.

The outside area is composed of a private swimming pool 13m x 6m 1,5m deep filled with salt water (no chlorine) and a large garden surrounding the villa, where you could also find in the backyard an additional green space of more than half a hectare, with fruit and olive trees.

Facilities: salt watered swimming pool without chlorine, solarium, external shower, terrace, barbeque, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, fridge-freezer, iron & iron board, DVD player, TV, under-floor heating, car parking for up to 8 cars, mosquito nets, hair-dryer, baby cot and high chairs can be provided on request, only small pets allowed on request, up to four extra camp beds can be provided.
