The space

The villa (1850 sqm) consists of a main villa and two smaller villas with 16 suites and apartments.

MAIN VILLA (19 + 7)

The main villa develops over two levels (ground floor and first floor). On the ground floor, you will find:

- One double/quadruple bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and kitchen - an extra two single beds can
be added if required.
- Three triple bedrooms (with double bed and single bed) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower)
- One quadruple bedroom (with double bed and double sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), a small kitchen/living room
and another bathroom (with shower)
- Two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower)

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

VILLA 2 (sleeps 6 + 4)

Villa two develops over two floors (ground floor and first floor). On the ground floor, you will find a small kitchen, a double sofa bed and a bathroom (with shower). On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one quadruple bedroom (with double bed and double sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower). Outside, you will find a small terrace and garden.

VILLA 3 (10 + 2)

Villa three consists of three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers), one double bedroom (with double bed), one bathroom (with shower), a kitchen/living room, a double sofa bed and another bathroom (with shower) - an extra two single beds can be added if required. Outside, you will find a small terrace and a wood-burning oven.

The external area consists of extensive grounds (8,000 sqm) featuring terraces, a private swimming pool (12m x 7m; open from 1 April to 31 October) with a sunbathing area and outdoor gym, a barbecue area, children’s play area and a fenced-in area for dogs. The villa also offers an outdoor parking area and a parking space for people with mobility issues (inside the villa).
