The space

Villa Tatiana (450 sqm) develops over three floors.

On the ground floor you will find a generous living room bathed in natural light featuring comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is a separate formal dining room that comfortably seats 12 guests, as well as a well-equipped modern kitchen, guest bathroom (with toilet) and laundry facilities (washer dryer).

On the first floor you will find one double bedroom featuring a king size bed and a balcony. Another double bedroom boasts a queen size bed and opens onto a furnished terrace. Additionally, a cozy single bedroom with single bed completes the sleeping arrangements. There is also one bathroom equipped with a tub and one bathroom featuring a shower.

On the second floor you will find a twin bedroom with a lake view and ensuite bathroom featuring a tub. A terrace completes this floor.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, and each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

Outside, you will find a private lakefront garden with lush lawns and expansive terraces. Here, you will find a private swimming pool (measuring 10 x 4 m; 1.5 to 2.5m deep; heated on request at extra cost; open 1 April to 30 October) with a sun terrace. Additionally, there is a shady alfresco dining spot, a jacuzzi hot tub (for up to 7 guests), and a covered private parking area (for 5 cars) equipped with a charging station and an elevator that takes you to the ground floor.
