Fanusa’s lovely coastal spot with its crystalline waters and extraordinary rocky sea bed, abounding in a wide variety of marine life, is right on your door step, and the main attractions of Southern Sicily are within driving distance: just a few kilometres away from Syracuse’s historic centre, Noto and the nature reserves of Pantalica and Vendicari, Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Modica and Ragusa Ibla. You can easily reach Fontane Bianche’s sandy beach in a short driving distance.
The house develops over two levels (90 sq.m) with both internal and external stairs between the floors.
On the ground floor, we have the modern kitchen, accessed directly via the terrace. From here, we enter the living room with sofa and TV area. There is one air conditioned double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, we have one air conditioned double bedroom, one air conditioned bedroom with French bed (more suitable for 2 children or one adult) and one separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, in the 3000 square metres garden, we have a covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco meals, as well as a corner sofa. There are sun lounges, chair and a barbecue in the garden. The sea can be accessed directly from the garden.

Proprietari gentilissimi, accoglienti e subito pronti ad assisterci. Sono stato ospite in questa splendida villa appena ristrutturata insieme a 6 amici e siamo stati molto comodi, le stanze sono grandi e perfettamente fornite di tutto, cos\u00ec come cucina e bagni, tanti elettrodomestici e tanto spazio. Anche il giardino \u00e8 molto grande e fornito, c\u2019\u00e8 una doccia esterna, abbiamo fatto un barbecue fantastico e c\u2019\u00e8 anche un accesso diretto alla caletta che torna utile. Con due SUV restava pi\u00f9 di met\u00e0 del parcheggio, quindi anche l\u00ec c\u2019\u00e8 molto spazio. Dalla villa si possono raggiungere anche mete d\u2019interesse come Siracusa, perci\u00f2 la posizione ci \u00e8 stata veramente d\u2019aiuto. Vorremmo ritornare di sicuro!
