The space

Zaneta Whole House consists of Zaneta House, a ground floor apartment (430 sqm) and Zaneta Penthouse (280 sqm), a first-floor apartment.

On request, the following services are available: Additional cleaning, private chef, cooking lessons, private taxi boat excursions, boat rental, day sailing trips, tours and excursions, and a special price to play golf in Menaggio.

ZANETA HOUSE

The main apartment is located on the ground floor, and it consists of a large living room with floor to ceiling panoramic windows (with sofas), a dining area (with table for 12), and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, you will find five double bedrooms (with double beds) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double). All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (five with a shower and one with a bath) and there is also a guest bathroom (with toilet and half bath).

Outside, you will find a large lakefront front terrace with stunning view of the Lake Como coast featuring a jacuzzi, sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and an outdoor dining area (with a table and chairs) as well a secure parking on site.

Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom (two with shower and one with bath) and a lake view balcony.
