Casa Tegola enjoys a seafront location and develops over two levels.
Ground floor: as you enter the villa there is a living area with a sitting room open onto the dining room with a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob with four electric burners and an electric oven, microwave, toaster and a highchair. The living room has sofas with TV set and a coffee table. The dining room provides enough sitting for 6 with table and chairs. These rooms are all linked together by an archway. There is a bathroom with shower and toilet on this level.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
The entire villa is air conditioned (2 units) and offers parking place.
The outdoor space is composed of a laundry room (washing machine) a small garden with a whirlpool tub/jacuzzi (2.5 m x 2 m and 0.80m deep; heated to 26 degrees Celsius) with external shower and a terrace with BBQ area and dining facilities. There are also sun loungers. The garden is facing the sea and there is a private access to the rocks and sea via the gate.

Fabrizio\nWe had a great stay at Casa Tegola. Communication with both Cristina and the local contact was smooth and efficient. The house is exactly as in the listing, well kept and with a direct access to the rocky shores and the sea. We found all the basic amenities needed like oil, salt, coffee and even extra like wine, juice and coffee, which was much appreciated. We have two kids who loved spending time in the jacuzzi and outdoor garden. The weather was quite hot so we asked for an extra fan for the dining area (only the 2 bedrooms have aircon) which was promptly provided Overall great stay.

We had a really wonderful stay in Casa Tecla. Renato who gave us the key, was really friendly and we could call him for any questions and information. The house was wonderful equipped and the atmosphere was really nice. We can really recommend Casa Tecla in all points. 10
