The space

Villa Petalo (180 sqm) develops over one level and consists of a main villa and a trullo annex.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 6)

Inside the villa you will find an open plan living room (with access to the garden and terrace). The living room consists of a sofa (seating 3), a dining table (seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, stove top, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector). There is also a laundry room (with washing machine and iron).

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 190cm x 160cm) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, toilet, and bidet) and two double bedrooms (with double beds) that share a bathroom (with shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer).

ANNEX (sleeps 2)

In the annex (accessed from the garden), you will find one double bedroom (with double bed; 190cm x 160cm) and a bathroom (with shower).
Outside there is a shady terrace with a dining table (seating 10) and an area for relaxing (with comfortable seating). The garden (2,000 sqm) features a private swimming pool (15m x 6m; depth 1.5m; open from 1 May to 31 October) with a sun terrace (with 8 sun loungers), an outdoor shower and private parking.
