The space

Guests are welcomed with a personalised check-in by staff speaking English, German, French or Italian and a detailed manual is provided with a local guide, recommended restaurants, local activities and more.

Villa Bertina (500 sqm) develops over four levels with pleasant lake views from the second and third floors.

On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen serving the outdoor area (close to the terrace with a table) and a bathroom (with shower).

The first floor includes a large living room (with sofa, chairs, fireplace, TV, bookshelves, and piano), a reading area, a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances and a large dining table (seating 12 people), and a guest bathroom (with a toilet).

On the second floor, you will find four double bedrooms (three with double beds and one with a queen size bed), two which share a terrace with a lake view, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a double sink and tub).

On the third floor, you will find a living area (with double sofa bed, chair, and fireplace), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds which can be converted to a double) and one bathroom (with hydromassage tub and double sink).

Outside the villa, you will find a private garden (1500 sqm) with olive trees and centuries old plants. The garden has a veranda, dining table. lounge and barbecue area, a swimming pool (8m x 3m) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers and umbrellas) and private parking for four cars.
