The space

Villa Nerva (500 sqm) consists of entertainment areas and four private apartments with terraces.

There is a large party room (about 80 sqm) and a well-equipped kitchen for hosting weddings or other celebrations, a wine cellar where guests can taste wine and local products and a personal chef is available (on request).

The four apartments develop over three levels and are access via an internal staircase.

APARTMENT 1 (sleeps 6)
This apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen (Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Fridge freezer, Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Espresso machine, Mocha machine), three double bedrooms (with double beds), two bathrooms (with showers) and a furnished patio (with tables, chairs, barbecue, lake views).

APARTMENT 2 (sleeps 6)
This apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a dining room (with fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Gas hob, Oven, Fridge freezer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Espresso machine, Mocha machine), three double bedrooms (with double beds), two bathrooms (with showers) and a furnished patio (with table, chairs, barbecue, lake views)

APARMENT 3 (sleeps 4)
This apartment is located on the second floor and consists of a dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette (Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Gas hob, Oven, Fridge freezer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Espresso machine, Mocha machine), two double bedrooms (with double beds), two bathrooms (with showers) and a furnished terrace (with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue).

APARMENT 4 (sleeps 4)
This apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a dining room (with fireplace), a well-equipped kitchen (Cutlery, Kitchen utensils, Oven, Fridge freezer, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Espresso machine, Mocha machine), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a furnished square (with table and chairs).

The outside area includes 11,000m of fenced land with a garden which features a playground (with table tennis, football table, tam-tam, that baby, mini-slide-mini-tunnel, rocking table). A sandy path and small staircase lead to the pool area which consists of a swimming pool with a circular shaped whirlpool (with muti-colour lighting), a large sun terrace (with sun loungers, umbrellas, tables) and a shower. In front of the Villa entrance there is a jacuzzi hot tub and about 10m from the entrance, you will find a free car parking area.
