The space

Villa Laveno (110 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living/dining room (with a single sofa bed, fireplace, TV, and table seating 4) and a well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area on this level consists of one double bedroom (with double bed and air conditioning) and a bathroom (with shower and washing machine).

On the first floor you will find a single bedroom (with single bed) and a bathroom (with toilet).

Outside, the garden features a private swimming pool (8 x 4m; open 4 May to 31 October), sun terrace, gazebo, and shower (with hot water), as well as a shady terrace (with tables and chairs for alfresco dining), a barbecue, and a panoramic cube (with a double bed). Private parking is also available.
