VILLA ALICE - CASARANO AREA

Villa Alice is located within a beautiful Mediterranean garden with private swimming pool, and is strategically placed in the heart of Salento, between the Adriatic and Ionian coasts, Lecce and Leuca. The coasts are only twenty minutes drive away; on one side, the Ionian coast with Gallipoli, Ugento, Torre San Giovanni and many other beautiful sandy beaches and on the Adriatic coast, Castro, Santa Cesarea and Porto Badisco. The nearest big town is Casarano, at 3km, where you can find many shops and restaurants.

The space

The small house is ideal for a family looking for peace and quiet and it develops over one level.

Inside, we find a large open plan living area with a double sofa bed, table and chairs and a kitchen area (equipped with fridge, freezer, oven). From the living room, we have direct access to the outside covered terrace via large French doors.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and there is one bathroom with shower.

Outside, the property offers a covered terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, that overlooks the private swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5m; 1.4m deep; open from June 1 to September 30). The pool is equipped with sun lounges. The garden is fully fenced.

Facilities: washing machine, mosquito nets on the windows, electric oven, fridge, freezer, barbecue, iron, baby cot, hairdryer, pets not allowed.
